So Marketing are a growing web design and marketing agency in Leek, Staffordshire. James and Rich, the Directors, wanted to ensure that they were doing everything possible for their employees and so decided to do BESSIE.
They had previously rolled out engagement surveys and these were a regular part of their workplace culture, however, they realised that they required a greater and deeper understanding of how to create a workplace that is responsive and solution led. They soon discovered that BESSIE is not just another survey.
We were able to uncover 117k of whilst also enabling them support and improve the individual wellbeing of their employees and as well as the overall wellbeing of the team. We also provided insights as to how they can work more efficiently, where the risk markers are and gave a full report with recommendations on how to minimise those risks.
Feedback from the team was great and everyone commented on how simple the process was and what a valuable exercise it was for them personally.
