RED Industries Grant Helps Newcastle Ladsandads. It was great to receive an update from Staffordshire based youth football institution ‘Ladsandads’ on Wednesday this week to say that their Newcastle Branch’s application for a grant had been successful.

£31,200 Heritage Lottery Fund grant secured for the Rudyard Lake Trust, one of our long-term clients. Their Heritage Emergency Fund Bid will help the trust to operate Rudyard Lake one of Staffordshire’s most popular, iconic and historic locations and assist them to cope with the financial fallout from the COVID-19 lockdown.

New Funders for GV Fitness Centre. This week has been really busy down in Herefordshire Golden Valley for our client C.A.R.E. (Herefordshire) CIC. On Saturday as the GV Fitness Centre celebrated it’s Grand Opening three significant new funders came on board to support this exciting venture.

Earlier today HeawardSports Ltd. long term client C.A.R.E. (Herefordshire) CIC, were informed that they had secured a £10k Power to Change grant under their innovative Bright Ideas Fund.

RLT receives its second pledge of support. The Garfield Weston Foundation is the second charitable funder to offer a £5k pledge towards the Rudyard Lake Trusts (RLT) canoe store and watersports project.

Funding for Youth Sport Allows Kidsgrove Football Club to Deliver Youth Activities. After this mornings first PCC grant update the day keeps on getting better with more sports funding secured! The second bid I prepared in this round, this time for Kidsgrove Athletic Football Club has also been successful. The club has secured £3,000 funding for youth sport activity from Matthew Ellis the Staffordshire Police and Crime Commissioner.

Peoples Power Fund Grant Helps Secure Foley Meir FC Site. It was great to wake up this morning to an email from the club to let me know that Matthew Ellis the Police and Crime Commissioner for Staffordshire had awarded £3,000 to the club through his Peoples Power Fund.

Community Investment Fund Supports Trubshaw Cross Ladsandads Purchase of a New Tractor. It was fantastic today to receive an update from Stafordshire based football institution ‘Ladsandads’ informing me that their application for a grant has been successful securing funds from Stoke-on-Trent City Councils Community Investment Fund for their project called “50 more years”, a nod to Ladsandads long history in the area.
